This individual will lead a team of tele-callers focused on cold calling for student admissions. The role includes closing admissions personally, training and mentoring the team, and ensuring performance targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of tele-callers conducting cold calls for student admissions. Personally conduct advanced counselling sessions and close student enrollments.
