We are committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions to our clients and are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products and services. Explain product details, benefits, and features to customers to generate interest. Schedule appointments for sales teams with interested prospects. Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM software. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion. Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines of the BFSI industry. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum HSC/Graduate degree (Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance preferred). 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (BFSI experience preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with clients. Basic knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, loans, etc., is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude. Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
