Internal Auditor – Chit Fund Company

Job Description:

• Conduct regular internal audits of branch operations and financial transactions.
• Verify chit collection records, payment entries, receipts, and vouchers.
• Check customer accounts, cash handling, and daily closing balances.
• Review documentation and ensure proper maintenance of records.
• Identify discrepancies, errors, and irregularities in branch transactions.
• Verify compliance with company policies and chit fund procedures.
• Conduct branch visits and audit checks as per the audit schedule.
• Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management.
• Follow up on audit observations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with branch staff and management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in internal auditing, accounts, or finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of chit fund operations and accounting procedures is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify financial discrepancies.
• Willingness to travel to branches for audit visits, if required.

Preferred Experience: Chit Fund / NBFC / Financial Services Industry.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
