Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit & MIS Executive to manage internal audits, MIS reporting, inventory verification, cost analysis, and financial data accuracy in our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of financial records, purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Maintain reports related to sales, purchases, production, inventory, and expenses.
• Verify physical stock and reconcile it with system records.
• Monitor raw materials, finished goods, material consumption, and wastage.
• Perform cost analysis, budget variance analysis, and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores, and Production teams for data verification.
• Maintain audit documentation, identify control gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare Excel reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Audit & MIS, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Understanding of inventory reconciliation, internal audit procedures, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
