Key responsibilities include overseeing the printing and production processes, managing print runs, supervising printing operations on the shop floor, and ensuring quality control standards. The Printing Shift In-charge will also coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow, manage the bindery process, and address any challenges during production. Additional tasks may include personnel management and maintaining compliance with company protocols. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, with experience managing teams and ensuring productivity. Hands-on experience with Print Production, Printing, and Bindery operations. Effective communication skills to interface with team members, management, and other departments. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to enhance production quality and efficiency. Basic knowledge of safety and quality assurance standards in a manufacturing environment is preferable. Relevant technical diploma or degree in printing technology or related fields is an asset.
