Job Role: Sales Executive helps bring new members to the gym and makes sure existing members are happy. The job is about talking to people, explaining the benefits of joining, and helping them choose the right membership or fitness package. Main Duties: Talk to walk-in visitors, phone callers, and online inquiries. Give tours of the gym and explain facilities and services. Sell memberships, personal training sessions, and other fitness packages. Follow up with interested people and encourage them to join. Help members with renewals and build good relationships for referrals. Work with the team during promotions and events. Keep basic records of sales and leads. Skills Needed: Good communication and friendly attitude. Confidence in talking to new people. Interest in fitness and health. Willingness to work towards sales targets.
