TikTok Poster Location: Remote Compensation: USD 300/month + up to USD 100 performance bonus Commitment: Part-time, ongoing About Atomik Clips Atomik Clips is the clipping division of Atomik Growth , a multi-million-dollar content agency powered by high-output operators working with some of the leading business podcasts and tech companies. We run large-scale clipping and distribution engines , manage thousands of accounts, and execute with speed, precision, and reliability. We are expanding our TikTok posting team and are looking for a highly dependable, detail-oriented poster who can manage and publish content across multiple accounts. Role Overview You will handle end-to-end posting for 4–5 TikTok accounts. All content — clips, captions, tags, posting cadence — is provided by Atomik Clips. Your sole responsibility is to create accounts, warm them up, download the content, and post consistently. Key Responsibilities Create 4–5 TikTok accounts and warm them up organically for 3–4 days. Post daily content on each account (frequency decided by Atomik Clips). Download clips, use the provided captions/hashtags, and publish according to instructions. Maintain posting accuracy and timeliness across all assigned accounts. Follow internal SOPs for account hygiene, warming, and posting. Report daily posting completion inside our internal sheets/Discord What You'll Recieve A spreadsheet for each posting cycle containing: Pre-edited clips Captions Hashtags Posting schedule Clear SOPs and support from the Atomik Growth operations team. What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistency, you do not miss posts. Good command of TikTok’s interface and posting workflow. Ability to manage multiple accounts without errors. Comfortable working independently with tight turnaround times. Applies feedback quickly and communicates when needed. Fast internet + a phone(s) capable of handling daily posting. Compensation Base: USD 300/month Bonus: Up to USD 100/month based on posting accuracy, consistency, and speed.
