Job Responsibilities Lead the front-end product design for the cryptocurrency card (App/Web), optimising key user journeys like card issuance, transactions, and asset management. Iteratively improve product interface interactions using user research and data analysis to enhance conversion rates (such as card issuance rate, transaction frequency). Design A/B testing plans to validate UI/UX improvements and continuously optimise key metrics (activation rate, NPS). Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure high fidelity implementation of product designs, focusing on visual and interaction details. Monitor user feedback and behaviour data to quickly identify experience pain points and promote the launch of innovative features. Job Requirements More than 3 years of experience in C-end products, with a preference for backgrounds in finance/payment products. Proficient in user research methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and skilled in using data analysis tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel). Strong sensitivity to user experience, capable of independently creating prototypes and interaction documents, and proficient in using Figma/Sketch. Data-driven decision-making capability with successful cases of improving conversion rates (e.g., increasing registration conversion rate by XX%). Familiarity with mobile design guidelines and insights into crypto user behavior are a plus.
