Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain MIS dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions (sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, etc.). Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, HRMS, spreadsheets) and ensure data integrity and quality. Design and automate regular and ad-hoc reports, including daily/weekly/monthly management reports, variance analyses, and trend analyses. Create data models, data dictionaries, and metadata documentation
