Role & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal IT positions from requisition to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics. Source and screen candidates through job portals, internal databases, and referrals. Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical assessments. Coordinate with department heads for shortlisting, interviews, and feedback collection. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and candidate records. Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives, if applicable. Supporting HR & Admin Activities Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline. 1 year to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably permanent staffing). Hands-on experience with platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of IT recruitment lifecycle. Ability to multitask & deliver results under pressure. Experience working with clients in IT services, product-based companies, or startups is preferred. Excellent in Excel
