The Role We’re looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy fresher for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with an IT academic background and strong English communication skills. You’ll be trained to engage with international clients, understand their business pain points, and align them with our IT services (custom software development, digital marketing, IT consulting, etc.). This role is all about learning, growing, and gradually taking ownership of outbound conversations and consulting-driven sales. What You’ll Do Learn and execute outbound lead generation for international IT services. Initiate conversations with prospects and present AtheosTech’s service offerings in fluent, confident English. Understand client requirements and map them to appropriate solutions (with training & mentorship). Build and maintain a pipeline of discovery calls and qualified leads. Collaborate with senior BDEs/Managers to prepare quotations and proposals. Develop a consultative approach—not selling products, but solving problems. Success Metrics Consistent outbound activity (emails, LinkedIn, calls) generating positive responses. Clear demonstration of growth in consultative conversations. Pipeline contribution: discovery calls, qualified leads, proposals. Professionalism and fluency in communication with international clients.
