Required Skills:
- Should have strong expertise in National Instruments (NI) LabVIEW, NI Test Stand, NI Veri Stand, instrument communication, hardware integration, and test automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of the various processes and concepts related to ATE system requirement collection, ATE RIG design.
- Has the ability to apply concepts and principles to ATE system requirement collection, ATE RIG design.
- Development of an ATE using LabVIEW Real-Time and NI PXI systems for HIL Testing.
- Knowledge of configuring the equipment and adjusting for gain/ reset/ Span/Drift/Threshold adjusts, offsets etc.
- Familiar with Hardware standards (MIL-STD-810, DO-160, DO254, IMTAR 21)
- Understanding of Use case and Test case scenarios, Basic knowledge of use Case definitions
- Knowledge of Testing /Environmental/ Qualification, compliance and Certification Standards
- Knowledge of safety critical parameters and overall system safety
- Formulation of Tech Requirements, Evaluation of Tech proposal, Preparation of Technical Specs & Design Documents, ATP and ATR.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, Calibration, Real and Offline Performance Data Logging and Data Analysis, Obsolescence Management.
- Develop reusable LabVIEW libraries, drivers, and APIs.
- Experience in Hardware In Loop (HIL) and Software In Loop (SIL) Test.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, IV&V, validation and SW Developmental team.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and validation reports.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile Methodology.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills during development and testing.
