Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in maintaining ledgers, preparing reports, managing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. Maintain and update general ledger accounts and bank reconciliations. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for financial queries and documentation. Support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Assist in internal and external audits as required. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant laws. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.). Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience working with an accounts team in a startup or mid-size company. Knowledge of payroll processing and vendor management. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
