Prototyping & Testing Assemble and validate prototype boards and subsystems. Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain hardware design documents, test reports, and BOMs. Ensure designs meet relevant EMI/EMC, safety, and reliability standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in embedded hardware design and testing. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, PIC, etc.). Familiarity with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, RS-485. Experience with PCB design and layout tools (Altium / KiCad / OrCAD). Knowledge of power electronics basics (DC-DC converters, regulators, motor drivers). Experience using lab instruments like oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to hardware development for robotics, IoT, or wearable devices. Basic knowledge of firmware development in C/C++ for hardware testing. Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance and design for manufacturability (DFM). Familiarity with safety-critical or medical device hardware standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
