This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about teaching, up-to-date with the latest IMA CMA syllabus, and capable of simplifying complex concepts for students across various learning levels. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive and interactive classes for CMA (US) Part 1 and/or Part 2 modules Break down complex finance, accounting, and management concepts into easy-to-understand formats Use real-world examples, case studies, and exam strategies to enhance learning Provide students with timely support, doubt clarification, and mentoring Contribute to study material and content updates in line with the latest syllabus and IMA standards Assess student progress and provide actionable feedback for improvement Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to improve course delivery and student engagement Stay updated on industry trends and exam patterns to deliver current and relevant instruction Qualifications CMA (USA) qualified (mandatory) Strong knowledge of CMA Part 1 and Part 2 subject areas Prior teaching/training experience is preferred (online or offline) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students Familiarity with online teaching tools, LMS platforms, and digital content delivery is a plus Passion for education and a growth mindset Show more Show less
