Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned territory. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in sales, FMCG, pharma, or nutraceutical industry (preferred). Leadership and team-building abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
