Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide them with suitable solutions. Promote and sell various liability products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the branch. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints. Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and policies to effectively communicate them to customers. Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell products and services. Conduct market research and identify potential customers and business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.
