Associate project management

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Managers to support planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring of project activities.
• Coordinate with IT, support, business, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Follow up with teams on pending activities, action items, and issue resolution.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting notes, dashboards, and management updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers in identifying delays, escalating issues, and driving timely closure of deliverables.
• Assist in improving project coordination, reporting, and operational processes.

Required Skills

• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• 0-2 years of experience in project management or a certification related to project management.
• Ability to work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prior experience in project coordination, program management, or operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
