Role description

Primary Skills

Lead the hands on design and validation of cloud architectures across Azures core services with a focus on scalability resilience disaster recovery and compliance

Translate complex business and security requirements into clear actionable cloud designs

Develop and maintain detailed architecture diagrams standards and technical documentation that guide engineers and stakeholders

Define and enforce cloud governance frameworks policies RBAC tagging standards cost controls and compliance guardrails

Provide architectural oversight on cloud deployments directly reviewing and validating configurations to ensure designs are implemented correctly and consistently

Own Azure cost optimization practice reserved instance savings plan strategy chargeback tagging models and ongoing FinOps governance

Deep expertise across Microsoft Azure core services networking compute storage identity databases monitoring and security

Hands on configuration and troubleshooting experience with Azure native IaC and automation tooling ARM Bicep Terraform Ansible Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to leadership project teams and enterprise client stakeholders on architecture and best practices

Around 10 to 15 years of experience in cloud architecture roles Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent preferred

Good hands on in implementing AI Agentic based use cases

Secondary Skills

Collaborating with DevSecOps engineers application engineers and business stakeholders on solution delivery

Embedding automation and integrating security practices into CICD pipelines

Advocating Azure best practices and staying current with platform roadmap changes

Supporting audit security and compliance reviews with architecture level input

Contributing to technical vendor tool evaluations for the cloud platform

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Angular, Ansible, Architecture Patterns and Styles, Azure AI, GitHub Co-Pilot
