Associate Manager- SPD

Role & responsibilities:-

• Research & Synthesis:

  Conduct rapid primary/secondary research and synthesize complex information into concise, actionable briefs and executive summaries.

• Data Analysis & Visualization:

  Collect, clean, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data using specialized tools, and create clear infographics to effectively visualize project insights.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

   Conduct Interviews and surveys with the relevant stakeholders for data collection, followed by its synthesization.

• Change Management:

   Assist in the execution of change management plans for transformation initiatives through building communication materials, conducting workshops and resolving queries on the transformation initiatives.

• Project Execution & Client Communication:

  Track deliverables, Document Minutes in meetings, Monitor work plans and trackers, as well as engage regularly with client teams to ensure timely information exchange and seamless execution.

• Report Writing & Deck Preparation:

  Draft and structure key sections of reports and create high-quality, data-driven presentations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:-

• Education:

   Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Business, Political Science, or a related field is required. 

• Experience:

• Less than 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, project management, stakeholder management or problem-solving initiatives

• 3-5 year

   of professional experience in a Public Sector consulting, Project management, or Organizational Transformation initiatives, strategy and planning

  (for Associate Manager role)

  Expected remuneration: 7.2 LPA to 12 LPA

• 5+ years

  of professional experience in a Public Sector consulting, project management, or Organizational Transformation initiatives

  (for Project Manager role) -

  Expected remuneration: Based on previous pay
• Prior experience working with Government agencies and having an in-depth understanding about Processes followed in the Public sector organizations, Capacity Building frameworks, and Digital Transformation will be preferred.
