Associate Manager - SFB

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Associate Manager in the Bancassurance department who will play a key role in driving growth and profitability for our NBFC/MFI clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the bancassurance market and a proven track record of managing relationships with NBFC/MFI clients. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What does the job entail?

• Manage and coordinate the bancassurance business for NBFC/MFI clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for bancassurance business
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with bancassurance business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams on bancassurance products and services
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the bancassurance team
• Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
