Associate Manager - Policy Servicing

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Policy Servicing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of policies, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy servicing operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Manager will be a key member of the Policy Servicing team, contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and ensuring the team's success.

What does the job entail?

• Manage and oversee the servicing of policies, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests and claims.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve policy-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Analyze and interpret policy data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure seamless policy servicing operations.
• Conduct regular reviews of policy servicing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with policy servicing, including regulatory and reputational risks.
• Develop and maintain policy documentation, including policy briefs, guidelines, and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental goals and objectives.
