What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Associate Manager in the Bancassurance department of Yes Bank, responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to drive bancassurance business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bancassurance products, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing relationships with customers and partners, and driving operational efficiency. The selected candidate will be a key player in driving the bancassurance business of Yes Bank, contributing to its growth and success.

What does the job entail?

• Manage and develop bancassurance products and services for Yes Bank, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business strategy and goals.
• Lead a team of bancassurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the bancassurance space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and risk management, to drive business growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in bancassurance, applying knowledge to inform business decisions.
• Design and implement bancassurance products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
• Manage and control budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with bancassurance products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track business performance and inform strategic decisions.
