Associate - Litigation

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 year of experience in litigation and should hold a license to practice law in Mumbai. The candidate must have excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Appear in various courts and tribunals in Mumbai and handle day-to-day court proceedings. Draft and review pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to clients. Assist senior lawyers in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Attend client meetings and provide legal advice.
