We are Insolvency Professional Entity , looking for 1 to 3 years experinced lawyer who is working in the field of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
We are appointed as Resolution Professional ( RP )/Liquidator/ Provisonal Liquidtaor by NCLT and handling cases under IBC. As an Associate ( Legal) you have to assist the RP in performing his duties assigned under IBC , including:
1. Representing RP/Liquidator at NCLT/ NCLAT/ High Court in various CIRP or liquidation matters.
2 Assisting RP in running the Corporate Debtor ( CD) as going concern.
3. Assisting RP in conducting CoC meeting.
4. Various IBC complaices and other matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
