Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and trend-setting fashion designs. 2. Develop sketches and technical drawings for new collections. 3. Research current fashion trends and translate them into wearable designs. 4. Create mood boards and color palettes for each collection. 5. Assist in the production process by communicating with manufacturers and suppliers. 6. Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment construction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and attend fashion events for inspiration. 8. Handle fashion survey, communication, promotion & review. 9. Target the actual potential customer and convert the potential buyers. 10. Record feedback and improvise accordingly.
