### Job Overview

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst with a strong technical and functional support background who is interested in transitioning into a Business Analyst role within our internal Product Team.

This is not a conventional Business Analyst requirement. We are specifically looking for professionals who have hands-on experience in product/application support and understand both the technical and functional aspects of a product.

The candidate should be capable of understanding product functionality, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with technical teams, and interacting with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Understand the product's functionality, features, and business workflows.

* Provide technical and functional support for the product.

* Analyze application issues and identify root causes.

* Work closely with technical teams to investigate and resolve product-related issues.

* Interact with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges.

* Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

* Coordinate between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication.

* Support product enhancements, feature improvements, and issue resolution.

* Participate in requirement gathering, documentation, and product discussions.

* Develop a strong understanding of the product roadmap and business objectives.

### Mandatory Skills & Requirements

* 4–6 years of overall experience.

* Strong background in application/product support.

* Good understanding of both technical and functional aspects of a product.

* Ability to understand product workflows and functionality.

* Experience troubleshooting application or product-related issues.

* Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate with developers, technical teams, and business users.

* Interest in transitioning from a support-oriented role into Business Analysis.

* Willingness to work from either Hyderabad or Chennai, depending on business requirements.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from the following backgrounds would be suitable:

* Application Support Engineer

* Product Support Engineer

* Technical Support Analyst

* Production Support Engineer

* Functional Support Analyst

* L2/L3 Application Support Professionals

**Important:** Candidates with only traditional Business Analyst experience and no technical/product support exposure may not be suitable.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
