Associate Architect/Principal Engineer, React Native

As a Senior Mobile Leader at our client's rapidly growing US-based e-commerce company, your role will involve designing and architecting scalable mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features, lead technical discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed, and integrate RESTful APIs to manage data flow between the server and mobile applications. Additionally, you will optimize application performance by employing effective performance tuning techniques and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and architect scalable mobile applications using React Native. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement application features. - Lead technical discussions and code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. - Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow between the server and mobile applications. - Optimize application performance by employing effective performance tuning techniques. - Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative environment to enhance team capabilities. - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development to drive innovation. Required Qualifications: - 8 to 13 years of experience in building and scaling high scale B2C mobile apps. - Advanced proficiency in React Native, enabling the development of high-quality mobile applications. - Extensive experience with mobile application architecture and design patterns to ensure robust application structure. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration, facilitating seamless communication between client and server. - Proficient in state management libraries such as Redux and MobX, ensuring efficient state handling in applications. - Experience in Android and iOS development, providing a comprehensive understanding of mobile platforms.
