Associate Architect - UIPATH RPA

As a UIPATH RPA Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic team of experts working with cutting-edge technologies to bring real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world. Your role as a UiPath Architect will involve designing and implementing scalable, robust, and high-performance software solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, advocate for best practices in coding and design, and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Architecture Design and Development: Design and architect UiPath solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. Develop high-level architecture plans that integrate with existing systems and technologies. - Solution Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Ensure adherence to best practices and design principles. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to define RPA strategies that address critical business needs. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver value. - Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in UiPath, providing guidance and mentoring to developers and teams. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and UiPath programming. - Performance and Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are robust, performant, and secure. Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to guarantee reliability and efficiency of RPA solutions. - Documentation and Compliance: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, designs, and processes. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related work experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect. - Total of 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 6+ years in UI Path, preferably from a programming background in any coding language. - Ability to demonstrate competency in the UiPath stack. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Required Proficiencies: - Proven experience in software architecture and design, particularly with UiPath solutions. - Strong knowledge of web frameworks, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. - In-depth knowledge of the UiPath cloud. - Experience in drafting and presenting architectural diagrams. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
