Role Summary
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Vice President (VP) – Business Development & Marketing will be responsible for driving strategic business growth, revenue expansion, market penetration, and client acquisition across the Company's Credit Rating Advisory and Financial Advisory businesses.
The role requires a dynamic leader capable of developing growth strategies, managing large client portfolios, building strategic alliances, leading high-performing business development teams, and strengthening the Company's position within the credit rating ecosystem.
The AVP/VP will serve as a key interface between corporate clients, rating agencies, financial institutions, referral partners, and senior management.
The incumbent will be accountable for achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, improving profitability and supporting the organization's long-term growth objectives

l Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
l MBA (Finance/Marketing), Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, FRM, Professional certifications in Finance or Business Management
l 5+ years of experience in Credit Rating Advisory, Credit Rating Agencies, Banking, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Debt Syndication, Lending, or Consulting.
l Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
l Experience handling senior-level stakeholders and strategic accounts.
l Strong exposure to credit ratings, debt products, and financial analysis.
l Proven leadership experience managing teams and revenue targets.
