Job Title: Assistant Research Programmer Location: Nagercoil About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Research Programmer to support our research and development team. The ideal candidate will assist in simulations, data analysis, and technical implementations across various academic and industrial research projects. Required Skills & Tools: Programming Languages: Python, MATLAB Simulation & Modeling: Simulink, ANSYS, HFSS Electronic Design Tools: Cadence Experience with engineering and scientific simulation tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic understanding of research methodology and academic standards Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Candidates pursuing or holding a PhD are a plus Responsibilities: Assist in developing and running simulations for research projects Support data analysis and interpretation Create technical documentation and reports Collaborate with the research team to meet project goals Maintain and update research tools and models Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong technical skills are welcome) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
