Timings: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday
You must be available during U.S. business hours (mainly CST) and adjust your schedule when needed to support site activity, project milestones and deadlines.

The Prime Developer is a US commercial real estate firm based in Austin, Texas. We develop, lease and manage retail and flex properties across Texas, working with franchise brands, local businesses and investors. We are building our team in India to support US operations during US business hours.

The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented civil professional to support our US architects and construction teams remotely from India. You’ll keep projects on track behind the scenes. That means checking estimates, BOQs and bills, tracking materials, handling invoices and managing customer communication. This role suits someone who understands construction, reads drawings with confidence, and is organized enough to keep several projects moving at once.

Responsibilities

Project and Site Support

• Support onsite architects, project managers and construction teams with documentation, coordination and follow-ups
• Review drawings, specifications and scope documents, and flag discrepancies or missing information
• Track project schedules, milestones and progress updates, and highlight delays or risks early
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting notes and daily or weekly progress reports
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants on pending items

Estimates, BOQs and Materials

• Prepare, review and check cost estimates and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for accuracy and completeness
• Do quantity take-offs from drawings and compare contractor quotes against BOQs and scope
• Track material requirements, orders, deliveries and usage against the project plan
• Compare vendor and contractor bids, and summarize differences for the US team

Billing and Invoices

• Review contractor and vendor bills against work completed, BOQ rates and contract terms
• Process and track invoices, pay applications and draw requests, and flag overbilling or errors
• Maintain budget-vs-actual tracking for each project and report variances
• Coordinate with the accounting team on approvals, payments and retainage

CRM and Customer Management

• Manage customer and tenant records in the CRM, including inquiries, project status, communication logs and follow-ups
• Keep customers updated on timelines, build-out progress and handover
• Make sure customer requests and issues are tracked and resolved on time

Documentation

• Organize project files, contracts, drawings, invoices and reports in shared drives (Google Drive, Dropbox) and project management tools

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Construction Management or a similar degree is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, estimation, QS or billing
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis and contractor billing
• Able to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings; working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for estimates, trackers and reconciliations
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Procore, Primavera or similar) and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
• Good written and spoken English, and comfortable working with US teams
• Organized and careful with detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience with US construction projects or commercial/retail build-outs is a plus
• Ability to speak Telugu is a plus

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, India

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
