Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and grade student assignments in Business Management and/or Business Communication using predefined rubrics.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to students.
• Ensure accurate and consistent grading aligned with learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
• Complete grading and submit results within

  3 calendar days

  of receiving assignments, including weekends and public holidays where applicable.
• Record grades and feedback accurately in the designated Learning Management System (LMS).
• Identify potential plagiarism, academic-integrity concerns, incomplete submissions, and cases requiring escalation.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and academic records.
• Coordinate with the academic team to clarify assessment criteria and ensure grading quality.
• Manage assigned workloads and meet strict deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• PhD in Business Management or Business Communication is mandatory.

• Candidates with only a master's degree are not eligible.
• Strong subject knowledge in Business Management and/or Business Communication.
• Excellent written English and the ability to provide professional academic feedback.
• Working knowledge of an LMS is required.
• Experience with Canvas LMS is preferred; familiarity with Turnitin is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have their own work-from-home setup, including a laptop, stable internet connection, and power backup.
• Strong knowledge of Business Management and/or Business Communication.
• PhD in Business Management or Business Communication is mandatory.
