Assistant Professor in Computer Applications

Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology, Puducherry invites applications for a full-time Assistant Professor position in the Department of Computer Applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching:
• Develop and deliver undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in [specific subject areas].
• Mentor and advise students on academic, career, and research matters.
• Supervise student research, theses, or projects as appropriate.
• Research:
• Maintain an active and productive research agenda.
• Publish in peer-reviewed academic journals and present at professional conferences.
• Seek external funding and grants to support research initiatives.
• Service:
• Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program assessment.
• Engage in community and professional service related to the academic discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
