Assistant Product Management Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support the management of assigned product categories throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
• Support new product launches, including product positioning, feature benchmarking and launch readiness
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams
• Monitor category performance, market trends and competitor activities
• Support product portfolio, pricing and business performance analysis
• Coordinate product-related activities and follow up on key actions across functions

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

• An

  MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification

  will be an advantage
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in

  Product Management or a related role

• Experience in the

  Home Appliances / Consumer Durables

  industry specifically Refrigerator or Washing Machine is preferred
• Experience in any one or more of the following categories will be a

  strong advantage: Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Cooking Appliances

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
