Job Description

  • Job Description: Working knowledge of cash allocation or debt management or both
  • Ability to perform tasks per Standard Process DTPs. and ensure meet process SLA’s.
  • Have basic accounting knowledge or knowledge of accounts receivable as a process.
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) and analytical skill
  • Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)

  • Responsibilities: AR accountabilities –cash allocation, query management, research on unallocated and bank reconciliations, preparation and issuance of Statement of Accounts etc.
  • Accurately applying incoming payments to specific invoices within 24 – 48 hours of receipt.
  • Investigating unidentified payments and ensuring unallocated cash is kept at minimum.
  • Responsible for Broker Relationship Management along with dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to payments, commission, or debt.
  • Should be able to work on strict deadlines to manage client expectations.
  • Work with Manager to manage escalation, prepare RCA and its documentation.

  • Qualifications: B. Com pass or B. Com Hons graduate/Any Finance Graduate

  • Overall experience of 3-6 Years
