Job Description

Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategies for leadership hiring. Source and attract top executive talent to meet organizational needs. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles. Partner with senior management and hiring managers to align hiring goals. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future leadership positions. Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment process. Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding processes for hires. Use data and analytics to drive and improve recruitment metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on leadership hiring. Proven track record of successfully recruiting executive-level talent. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategic hiring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates. Experience with recruitment analytics and metrics.
