Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Planning

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, sales requirements, and inventory levels.
• Drive finished goods planning to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor production schedules, track plan adherence, and proactively address delays or capacity constraints.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of finished goods to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Work closely with demand planning and sales teams to align production plans with business requirements.
• Monitor stock availability, production timelines, and dispatch schedules to ensure timely replenishment.
• Identify bottlenecks in production planning and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain planning trackers, reports, and dashboards to monitor production performance, inventory levels, and plan adherence.
• Support new product launches and product transitions by coordinating production requirements and finished goods availability.
• Analyse planning data and inventory trends to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.

What you Offer:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in production planning, finished goods planning, or supply chain planning.
• Experience in the Personal Care, FMCG, or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, finished goods inventory management, and replenishment planning.
• Experience coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
