Assistant Manager Supply Chain & Logistics

The core purpose of this role is to ensure 100% fulfillment of Sales demand by end-end efficient Supply Chain Planning. Align Facets of Operations to ensure Smooth Supplies from the Bottling Units by Optimizing Plant Resources, Inventories & Logistics Close coordination with different functions like Sales/Commercial, Production Team, S&OP, Procurement, Imports, Marketing & Logistics Handling a team of 2-3 Plant Production Planner This role will provide an opportunity to learn about the Dynamic World of Alco-Bev and the tools to deal with it. The candidate will have exposure to various Various Supply Chain ERP modules

Roll out Monthly & weekly Production Plans against monthly Replenishment Plans, ensuring optimum utilization of Plant Capacity & available FG inventory • Building & Publishing Rough Cut Capacity Planning working for rolling 18 months considering all aspects of the Supply Chain for all Plants • FG Inventory Planning for Plants and depots in line with the storage capacity & stock level norms ensuring no stock-out situation • Bulk & Dry Goods Orders Planning through MRP ensures optimum inventory levels in Plants in line with the Sales forecast • Forecast/demand variation analysis & its impact on Resources, Inventory, logistics & other operational aspects • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Imports & Marketing to align all facets of Operations and Supply Chain • New SKU codes creation, BOM & Other Planning Master Data updation, and coordination with other functions for respective master data • Publish monthly/weekly Reports of the Replenishment Plan Accuracy, Production Plan Adherence, Inventory Days (DIOH), Orders TAT, Bulk Resource Utilization & Custom Demurrage, and Detention • Training and development of team

B.Tech, with a minimum of 10 years of Relevant work experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management & Shipment Planning for Manufacturing Industries like Automobile, FMCG, and Consumer durable. • +2 years of Experience with the Alco-Bev Industry will be an added advantage • Hands-On experience with +3 years of SAP PP module with BOM & master data is a must, other modules knowledge will be an added advantage • Ready to work in a challenging and dynamic environment • Should be a Team Player & believe in a Collaborative approach • Should have an Analytical & Problem-solving approach • Self Driven and Proactive • Flexible for 10% travel & Relocation in the future per business need
