Product: Quality Assurance –
Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Quality Assurance
Location: Gurugram

Key Requirements.

  • Experience in NBFC/HFC/Banking.
  • Must have knowledge of Credit Underwriting.
  • Hands-on experience in Post File Review, File Audit, and Branch Audit.
  • Strong understanding of Credit Documentation and Policy Compliance.
  • Experience in RCA, CAPA, and Risk-Based Sampling.
  • Good understanding of Data Analysis, MS Excel, and Presentation Skills.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, policy deviations, and control weaknesses.
  • Team handling experience preferred for Manager role.
