Assistant Manager – Projects & Site Management

Reports To: Project Manager / Management
Department: Projects & Site Management
Team Coordination: Site Supervisors (V1 & V2) and MEP Engineer (V3)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
• Coordinate structural, civil, MEP, and HVAC works at the project site.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Coordinate with consultants and technical agencies for construction drawings and technical instructions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports, quality control reports, and compliance documents to management.
• Ensure statutory compliance, workplace safety, security, and good housekeeping at the site.
• Verify completed work quantities and assist in vendor claims, work valuation, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate with the project, commercial, and accounts teams for vendor and subcontractor payments.
• Liaise with local regulatory authorities and relevant agencies for site-related approvals and compliance.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and MEP engineers to resolve technical issues and minimize project delays.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
