Assistant Manager - Production Planning & Control

We are Hiring for Production Manager position - uPVC Doors & windows / modular / Automobile /Aluminium / Interior based industries.

Exeprienece : 10-15 years

Salary : 50k-80k

Location : Tada - AP

Job Description :

1.) Plan, organize, and control overall manufacturing operations of the plant

2.)Monitor production schedules, machine efficiency, and capacity planning

3.)Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

4.)Implement quality assurance systems and inspection procedures.

5.)Address customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.

6.)Allocate manpower effectively across production lines.

7.)Conduct training and performance evaluations.

8.)Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

9.)Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

10.)Work closely with procurement, logistics, sales, and quality departments

Required Skills :

1.)Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations.

2.)Experience in production planning, quality management, and inventory control.

3.)Leadership and team management skills.

4.)Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

5.)Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.

6.)8+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

7.)Experience in uPVC windows and doors manufacturing (fabrication, cutting, welding, assembly) is highly preferred.
