Assistant Manager - Production and Testing

You will be responsible for ensuring the budgeted quantity of production and maintaining reliability by assuring the quality of materials. Your role will involve overseeing the quality of the process and final product of motors. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and make necessary gauge, jigs, and fixtures/formers to enhance product quality and productivity. As a qualified candidate with a BE in EEE and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, you will guide the sourcing team in identifying critical components and plan necessary equipment related to manufacturing and testing. You will be involved in testing motors (Routine/Type test) and ensuring a safe working environment. It will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain and record documents related to the functions and have knowledge of Winding, Testing, Production & Planning, preferably from the motor industry with exposure to ERP software. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule will be in the day shift, with a performance bonus offered. The job is based in Coimbatore, and the ideal candidate should have at least 9 years of experience in production and testing, with preference given to those with experience in the motor industry.
