Assistant Manager - Operations & Implementation

Job Description:

• Maintain project and operational trackers, dashboards, the CRM, and school-wise and project-wise data (collection, validation, consolidation).
• Monitor progress, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with schools, international teams, trainers, mentors and internal teams (Academic, Content, Technology, Training, Sales, Accounts).
• Resolve operational queries and escalations with the relevant teams.
• Manage session requirements: forms, meeting links, slots, school communication, attendance and feedback.
• Coordinate with schools, trainers, mentors and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Monitor participation, attendance, feedback and concerns, and follow up.
• Create and test student logins for programmes and platforms.
• Update, implement and test new versions of the Trainer Dashboard, including course creation and data updates.
• Update and test GSL dashboards based on project and operational requirements.
• Ensure dashboard data is accurate and complete, maintain platform guidelines, and support internal teams with access.
• Manage on-ground coordination, schedules, participant communication, documentation and event trackers.
• Complete post-event attendance consolidation, feedback, reporting, closure and certification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
