Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for R&D related to water Soluble Coating, Water Soluble Films and Laminations, Polymer Processing using Extrusion, Injection molding and other such applications Work on processes to manufacture different types of films Organizing all the paperwork related to the same Working with Intellectual property team in order for them to patent the new products/processes developed. Work with coating, pouching, blow moulding, extrusion, compounding. Contribute on New product Development in alliance with the BD team Designing Policies and framework for Internal Research and Development Testing and Validation of the Batches, Scaling up of the new products till commercials scale production Preferred candidate profile A rich understanding of both traditional commodity plastics and specialty polymers with the ability to create new applications in the Ecofriendly department of the company Candidate must have experience on or have worked previously with plastic and Bioplastic industry Should have knowledge about coating, blown extrusion. Knowledge and hands on experience of blown extrusion process/ machinery will be an added advantage Should have a supportive and a solution-oriented approach.
