Role Overview

Assistant Manager – Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of transformers, switchgear, power distribution, panel boards, VFDs, and lighting systems.
• Plan and execute daily preventive maintenance schedules and handle emergency electrical breakdowns.
• Lead and schedule tasks for electrical technicians and contract staff.
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
• Maintain inventory for key electrical spares and manage technical vendors.

Key Requirements

• Experience:

  7– 9 years in electrical maintenance (with supervisory experience).

• Skills:

  Strong knowledge of HT/LT power systems, single-line diagrams, troubleshooting, and team leadership.

• Bonus:

  Hands-on experience with

  HVAC maintenance

  (chillers, AHUs, FCUs) is a major advantage.
