Assistant Manager - Legal (Non Litigation)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling all non-litigation matters for the organization in the State of Karnataka. This includes working with the package teams on non-litigation matters, applying structured problem-solving skills, conducting due diligence of lands, and ensuring the implementation of best-in-class systems and processes to enhance team performance. Additionally, you will lead, direct, and guide a team of executives to provide on-time and high-quality support across multiple divisions. Your role will also involve vetting various documents related to agreements, deeds, mortgages, power of attorney, and litigation. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all non-litigation matters for the organization in Karnataka - Work with package teams on non-litigation matters - Apply structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization - Conduct due diligence of lands and structure acquisitions - Lead initiatives to improve team performance through systems and processes - Lead, direct, and guide a team of executives to ensure on-time and high-quality support - Vet documents such as agreements, deeds, mortgages, and other legal documents Qualifications Required: - Minimum years of practice in Real Estate Company/Retail - Experience in handling matters involving property laws and revenue related proceedings - Excellent commercial drafting skills - Sound knowledge of Property Laws of the State of Karnataka Additional Details: The job types for this position are full-time and permanent.
