III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities

• Create day-to-day design materials, including but not limited to EDMs, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials to enhance sales and recruitment efforts

. · In addition to design work, support video editing for promotional videos, webinars, and other multimedia content

• Ensure consistent application of the company’s branding guidelines across all communication materials.

• Oversee the display and regular updates of all branding materials within the campus and on digital platforms.

• Collaborate with vendors and the procurement team for printing needs, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of all printed materials.

• Develop creative concepts and design visuals based on project requirements and brand identity.

· Produce original images and layouts using design software or hand illustrations, ensuring the highest quality standards. · Exhibit a keen eye for detail, maintaining high aesthetic standards in all design work.

• Coordinate with external agencies, web designers, and other relevant partners to enhance design output.
