ASSISTANT MANAGER GOLD LOAN & DEPOSITS

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and positive-minded Assistant Manager Tambaram – Sembakkam Branch.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Gold Loan and Deposit business, excellent customer relationship skills, branch management abilities and the capability to lead and motivate team members to achieve business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Gold Loan and Deposit business (FD, Cumulative Deposit & RD).
• Acquire new customers and convert business opportunities into Gold Loans and Deposits.
• Follow up with existing and inactive customers to generate repeat business.
• Develop local market contacts and expand the customer base.
• Manage daily branch operations and maintain proper records and reports.
• Ensure smooth branch administration, cash management and customer service.
• Support, guide and motivate staff members to achieve business targets.
• Maintain branch discipline, cleanliness and a positive working environment.
• Take responsibility for overall branch performance and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience in Gold Loan and Deposit business.
• Good branch management and team-handling skills.
• Energetic, positive attitude and leadership qualities.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Knowledge of Tambaram, Sembakkam and surrounding local markets.
• Ability to independently manage the branch and achieve business targets.Benefits
