- Assist in 90% of scheduled sessions- Maintain punctuality and readiness in both online & offline modes
- Ensure 100% student participation in mock tests- Assist in evaluating Writing/Speaking tasks within 2 days
- Resolve basic doubts independently- Escalate advanced issues to senior trainer within 24 hours
- Monitor & document weekly performance in Speaking/Writing- Share progress updates with senior faculty
- Assist in collecting feedback at the end of every module- Maintain a 4.3+/5 support rating in feedback
- Share attendance, feedback, and test results on time- Zero communication gaps or scheduling conflicts
- Attend 1 skill enhancement session/month- Implement at least 1 new method or tool per quarter
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
